la-nordica-rosa-xxl-maiolica-kaminofen-mit-kochplatte
La Nordica Rosa XXL Bordeaux Maiolica, Wood-Burning Cooker

The Rosa XXL Maiolica is a wood-burning stove with a hotplate, in this version with hand-glazed majolica ceramic in Bordeaux. The deep red glaze gives the stove a homely quality that no steel and no stone can achieve, and because every tile is glazed by hand, each stove has small differences in colour and surface.

The ceramic also stores the heat: it absorbs the heat of the fire and releases it evenly into the room instead of radiating it in bursts.

The ground cast iron hotplate with removable rings lets you control the heat: strong directly above the flame, gentle at the edge. This way you heat the room and cook with the same flame.

The firebox is made of cast iron and firebrick, and the secondary combustion system burns the residual gases a second time, which reduces emissions and gets more heat out of the same wood. Via the external air inlet the Rosa draws its combustion air from outside, which makes it suitable for airtight building envelopes. The large wood drawer keeps your supply close at hand, and the ash pan simply pulls out.

We show you the Rosa XXL in our showroom, because a hand-glazed surface looks different in the room than in a picture. We clarify the location and chimney connection with you, and installation is carried out by our own team.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0988/5964/7351/files/la-nordica-rosa-xxl-maiolica-kaminofen-mit-kochplatte-1-d57ce2.jpg?v=1793085308
